The legendary metal band brings its spectacular Run For Your Lives World Tour to Argentina for a two-night celebration of 50 years of heavy metal history, joined by special guests La H No Murió.

Following a complete sell-out of their October 20 show at Estadio Huracán in Buenos Aires, Iron Maiden have announced a second performance at the same venue on October 21. Tickets for the newly added date are already on sale through Livepass Argentina.

The South American leg of the acclaimed Run For Your Lives World Tour celebrates the band’s 50th anniversary with a spectacular production designed for large outdoor venues. Featuring a setlist focused on the first nine albums that shaped Iron Maiden’s legacy, the tour offers fans a rare opportunity to revisit the songs that defined the band’s formative decades, accompanied by one of the most ambitious stage productions of their career.

Bassist and founding member Steve Harris expressed his excitement about returning to Latin America, highlighting the region’s passionate fan base and the band’s long-standing relationship with audiences across Central and South America. Since their first visits in 1985, Iron Maiden have built a particularly strong connection with the region, making this anniversary tour an especially meaningful return.

Vocalist Bruce Dickinson has also spoken enthusiastically about revisiting the band’s early catalogue. The setlist includes landmark tracks such as Hallowed Be Thy Name, Run to the Hills, The Number of the Beast, The Trooper, Phantom of the Opera, Killers, Powerslave, 2 Minutes to Midnight and Wasted Years. Fans can also look forward to epic compositions such as Rime of the Ancient Mariner and Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, including songs that have not been performed in the region for more than two decades.

Manager Rod Smallwood emphasized the importance of returning to as many countries as possible across Central and South America, describing Argentina, Chile and Brazil as places that have been at the heart of the band’s touring history for four decades. The upcoming São Paulo concert will mark Iron Maiden’s 46th performance in Brazil, underlining the extraordinary bond between the band and its Latin American audience.

The band has also renewed its request for fans to experience the concerts in the moment, keeping mobile phones in their pockets whenever possible. Following the overwhelmingly positive response to this policy during the European dates, Iron Maiden hopes to preserve the atmosphere and shared intensity that make their live shows such a distinctive experience.

After completing the tour, the band plans to take a well-deserved break from the road in 2027.

LA H NO MURIÓ TO JOIN IRON MAIDEN IN BUENOS AIRES

Adding a powerful local dimension to the two Buenos Aires concerts, La H No Murió will appear as special guests. The tribute project, led by original Hermética members Claudio O’Connor on vocals and Tano Romano on guitar, celebrates the legacy of one of the most influential bands in Argentine heavy metal.

The current lineup is completed by bassist Karlos Cuadrado and drummer Javier Rubio, both also members of Malón. Their performances pay tribute to Hermética’s extensive catalogue, with particular significance this year as they celebrate the 35th anniversary of Ácido Argentino, a landmark album that helped define the sound and identity of an entire generation of heavy metal fans.

Since its formation in 2017, La H No Murió has performed multiple sold-out shows at major Buenos Aires venues, including Estadio Obras Sanitarias, Malvinas Argentinas and Teatro Flores, while touring extensively throughout Argentina and other Latin American capitals. Their appearance alongside Iron Maiden brings together two generations of metal history in a city with one of the world’s most devoted heavy metal communities.
